Where do the shells come from?

Every shell is hand-collected on the beaches of South West Florida, then cleaned and prepared by hand before it becomes part of a necklace.

Can these be worn in the water?

Take your piece off before swimming, showering or exercising. Salt and chlorinated water dull the shell's finish and wear the wire coating over time. See the care guide for more.

What kinds of stones are these?

It varies by piece. Past pieces have included moonstone, teal crystal, jasper and amazonite, among others. Each listing names the stones used in that piece.

Can I get a different charm on one of your necklaces?

Yes. Send a request and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Can you ship faster if I need an urgent gift?

We only offer standard USPS shipping, so we can't guarantee rush delivery. If you have a date you need it by, reach out before ordering and we'll tell you whether it's realistic.

Do you do gift wrapping?

Yes. Just let us know the occasion and we'll take care of it.

Do you take custom orders?

What if I have a shellfish or metal allergy?

Our necklaces are made with nickel-free stainless steel beading wire. Wearing shell jewelry means contact with the shell itself rather than shellfish protein, and many people with shellfish allergies wear it without trouble. If you have a known allergy, check with your doctor first to be safe.
