Shipping policy

Where we ship. Within the United States only, including PO boxes. We're not able to ship internationally or to U.S. territories at this time.

Carrier and speed. All orders ship via USPS standard shipping. We don't currently offer expedited or rush delivery.

Processing time. Orders ship from existing inventory of handmade pieces, and typically go out within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Delivery time. Once shipped, USPS standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. That's an estimate from USPS, not a guarantee.

Shipping cost. Free shipping on all orders through November 10, 2026. After that, a flat $7.95 per order, however many pieces you buy.

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships, where the mail class includes tracking. Some USPS mail classes do not.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, but we're happy to help however we can.

Lost or damaged packages. If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at floridajenicreations@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we'll do our best to help.

Delays. We're not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather or other events outside our control.
